The client wanted to photograph guests as they arrived at the event and provide each person with a professionally produced photograph to take home.
The photographs needed to feel connected to the event, with a custom background and branded overlay that reflected the client’s chosen design.
With guests arriving throughout the evening, the process also needed to run smoothly without creating delays at the entrance.
Our Solution:
ZooM set up a green screen photography station close to the entrance, allowing our photographer to capture guests as they arrived.
We supplied the complete photography setup, including professional lighting, camera equipment, and green screen. Our photographer worked with guests to create natural, engaging portraits while keeping the arrivals process moving.
Behind the scenes, a dedicated editor managed the photographs as they came through. Images were reviewed, edited and prepared for printing throughout the evening, while our printer produced the final photographs on site.
Our in-house design team also worked with the client to create a custom digital background and overlay. This allowed the final photographs to reflect the event branding and gave the client control over the finished look.
